Products in stock and on backorder

In Valevu’s shop you find products  in stock  or on backorders.

Products in stock are immediately available for shipping.

Products on backorder are recognizable by a special explanatory note on the product page itself. Considering the craftsmanship of Valevu products, products on backorder require 7-10 working days for their realization. Customers who have purchased on backorder will be contacted at the time the product is made and available for shipment.

Products immediately available and on backorder both require 24 hours to be packaged and delivered to the courier.

Worldwide Shipping

To offer you the best service and ensure fast worldwide deliveries we ship with DHL international.

Shipping costs are 30,00 euro/each item
Free shipping is available for orders higher than 500,00 euro

The delivery times are in accordance with the courier. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Europe: 3-5 working days
  • Other Countries: 10 working days

Valevu is not liable for any delays due to courier, customs controls and causes of force majeure.

Express Shipping may incur higher customs/duty taxes depending on your country. For information on Custom/Duty taxes speak to your local customs office.

Upon delivery of the goods the customer is required to check that:

  • The number of packages delivered is as indicated in the transport document
  • the packaging material and tape is intact

In case of tampering and/ or breakage the customer must immediately inform the carrier. Do not sign for the shipment without reserve. The customer must report any damage within 7 days of receipt of goods by e-mail.

If the customer is absent during all delivery attempts, and fails to collect goods within 5 days of final delivery attempt, the goods will be returned to Valevu, with return shipment costs charged to customer.
