Exchanges & Returns
If you change your mind about something you have ordered you can return it to us within 30 working days receiving it for a refund.
Please drop us an email at email@example.com and let us know before sending anything.
Unfortunately, we don’t offer Exchanges. Should you wish to purchase a new item please return your unwanted goods to us for a refund and place a new order in our online shop.
Please include a copy of your web order receipt in the package to help us to identify you. For international returns we reccomend using a courier or postal service that allows you to track your package.
In case of damage or faulty items please send us an email with a picture of the damage to firstname.lastname@example.org and our customer service team will get in touch. In some cases we may ask you to return the product to us for analysis. If this happens we promise to refund anything you spend in shipping.
